Fathers Rights

When dealing with the rights of men one must never forget the rights of Fathers in general. However, much of society has forgotten about Father’s rights, and it wasn’t until the 1970s where fathers had any ability to even see his children if he was not married. However, he was still liable for child support no matter what. There are more issues than people realize, because the press usually overlooks them as issues at all. The man, no matter what the situation, is labelled as a ‘dead beat dad’ and shamed.

These issues are:

  • Parental Alienation
  • Child Support
  • Custody Issues
  • Rights to the Fetus (Ability to Reject Abortion)
  • “Visitation”
  • Paternity Fraud

(NOTE: Each issue will be linked to its own page, however this will take time)
